Hawle Terms of Warranty

In general our products are subject to the statutory warranty period of two years from the day of delivery by Hawle.

Due to the high quality of Hawle products we are able to offer you an extended warranty period of 5 years for our products.

The preconditions for this are appropriate storage and correct transportation. Installation, commissioning and maintenance must meet our requirements and comply with applicable standards and the rules set by the German Association for Gas and Water (Deutscher Verein des Gas- und Wasserfaches – DVGW).

Defects are to be reported in writing without delay, but no later than 5 working days upon receipt of the goods; the same time limit applies to latent defects upon their discovery. Should these periods be exceeded, the validity of all rights and claims arising from defect liability shall expire.  

The warranty extension does not apply to commercial goods.
