The flushing and water tapping set for air valve set (model no. 985) permits an easy flushing of the pipeline after removal of the valve unit from the PE chamber.
For using the flushing and water tapping set, the outlet area of the air valve set has to be closed first via the shut-off device. Subsequently, the AV shall be depressurized, unlocked via the bayonet coupling and lifted out of the PE chamber.
Then the flushing and water tapping set can be inserted, locked and used via the bayonet coupling.
Upper outlet: male thread 2"
Lower outlet: bayonet spigot end for the restraint connection with the bayonet socket of the air valve set
