The Hawle S-fitting with loose flanges facilitates the installation of above ground hydrants as well as underground hydrants. The S-design allows a height compensation for installation, e.g. in case of insufficient or excessive pipe cover depth. Suitable duckfoot bend required.
The Hawle S-fitting is provided with the proven restraint loose flange system which is also used for the Hawle exchange gate valve.
The flat gaskets are already included in the barrel gaskets (lip seal), so that no additional flat seals to the counter flange are required.
