The stripping device is used for stripping of PE or PE-X ends d 63.
The taper permits the centred positioning of the stripping device in the fusion end for a precise stripping of the PE-X surface.
The surface of PE or PE-X ends must be worked off before the fusion process. For PE or PE-X pipes and ends rotating scrapers are the suitable tools ensuring a more regular chip removal than manual scrapers or draw blades.
