The vertical support bearing serves to retrofit already installed Hawle PRO butterfly valves provided the latter were installed vertically.
If the installation situation is known before ordering, the support bearing is factory-installed on the Hawle PRO butterfly valve.
In this case retrofitting is not necessary.
