Universal undrilled saddle for closing of bore holes no longer needed and to repair corrosion spots, for installation on CI, steel and AC pipes DN 65 - DN 500, adaptation to main pipe effected via holding strap (accessory) and saddle seal (accessory), test regulations: potable water: EN 12266-1, gas: DIN 3230-5.

Material: GJS-400, corrosion protection due to epoxy powder coating inside and outside acc. to quality assurance RAL-GZ 662 of the Gütegemeinschaft Schwerer Korrosionsschutz GSK (Quality Association for Heavy-Duty Corrosion Protection) considering DIN 3476 (P) and DIN 30677-2 (coating thickness: min. 0.25 mm, zero-porosity at 3 kV, adhesion inside and outside min. 12 N/mm² after exposure to hot water, proof of suitability for potable water applications, external monitoring through neutral testing institute)
