Weld-on Hawlinger for PE pipes d 250 - 315 mm with ZAK® socket(s)

Hawlinger with upper FRIALEN® electrofusion saddles are to be used for welding on PE pipes according to DIN 8074 with external diameter d 250 - d 315 mm.

The ZAK® socket outlets in combination with ZAK® spigot end fittings serve to connect house connection lines.

For all Hawle pipe drilling saddles of Hawlinger® type, shut-off takes place via a slotted link gear shut-off blade made from stainless steel. The shut-off blade is moved horizontally against fixed metal stops in a body with little wear.

To open or close the passage only a half turn (180°) is needed. In combination with a drilling device (e.g. Hawle HAWLOMAT drilling machine, order no. 830-00), the shut-off system allows simple, problem-free drilling of the main line, even during use.
