Pressure reducing valve with motor-actuated pilot valve

The pressure reducing valve with motor-actuated pilot valve reduces a variable inlet pressure to a constant outlet pressure independent of varying flow rates.

In combination with a PLC control (not included in the scope of supply) and the motor-actuated pilot valve (6) different outlet pressures, e.g. as a function of the time of day, can be preset (night setback of outlet pressure, ...). The variance analysis is effected via the pressure sensor (9).

Application:
- Pressure reduction when feeding into a system
- Emergency feeding into a second system

Infinitely adjustable outlet pressure from 2-13 bar
Minimum inlet pressure: 1 bar
Minimum pressure difference between inlet and outlet pressure: 1 bar

For rating, please specify the following:
- Flow (min., med., max.)
- Inlet pressure (P1 side)
- Outlet pressure (P2 side)

Components:
1: main valve
2: ball valve (A, B, C)
3: filter
4: orifice
5: throttle check valve
6: pilot valve
with motor actuation
7: manometer with ball valve (A, B)
8: electric position indicator (model no. 11998, must be ordered separately!)
9: pressure sensor (4-20 mA)

Material: Body parts: GJS-400, Hawle epoxy powder coated
Control line: stainless steel
Diaphragms, gaskets: EPDM acc. to KTW-BWGL for water
Pilot valve: stainless steel
Max. operating Pressure: See table
